THE RANGE OF ENZYMES FOR THE BEER PROCESSING
AEB Group set up a range of enzymes facilitating the technical stages of the beer production process, improving its quality. Traditional beer production, especially mashing and fermentation stages are one of the oldest known processes based on enzymatic activities when, enzymes accumulated in the kernel of malt hydrolyze starch to sugars, which further are converted by yeast to an alcohol. Externally dosed enzymes in the same manner of action as malt enzymes, can supplement the necessary technological activity. These products are indispensable to ensure stable and efficient processes, higher yield, time and energy economies. The AEB complete enzymatic range is composed by products not deriving from Genetically Modified Organisms, passing strict quality tests and showing a total homogeneity of yield and results.

Brewhouse

Endozym ® Alphamyl SB1 Enzyme derived from non-GM Organism with a-amylase activity. Liquefied, the starch of raw grains allows the saccharification of starch malt.
Endozym ® Brewmix Enzyme complex consisting of a neutral protease, thermo stable α-amylase and β-glucanase.
Endozym ®Brewmix Plus Multi-activity Enzymatic complex derived from non-GMO organisms. Helps preventing major defects in the quality of malt such as: poor saccharification, poor filterability, insufficient yields and nutrients for yeast, haze of finished product.
Endozym ® Protease NP Degrades proteins into peptides and amino acids in order to equilibrate the nitrogen contained in wort for an optimal kinetic fermentation.
Endozym ® Alphamyl AMG Enzyme derived from non-GMO organisms with Amyloglucosidase activities. Produces additional fermentable sugars from dextrins
Endozym ® Glucacel UHT Enzyme derived from non-GMO organisms with primary β-glucanase and secondary xylanase activities. Guarantees the filterability of the mash during brewing and of the beer after fermentation
Endozym ® Glucacel AXC β-glucanase activity combined with arabinoxylanase for all type of malt

Fermentation Cellar

Endozym ® Alphamyl SB2 Fungal alpha-amylase used during fermentation, higher degree of starch and dextrin sacharification, higher attenuation level.
Endozym ® AGP 120 Enzymatic preparation derived from non-GM organisms. Allows the release of additional fermentable sugars to increase the efficiency of fermentation
