THE STABILIZERS RANGE FOR THE BEER PROCESSING

AEB offers a range of beer stabilizers, a range of active principles which are of fundamental importance during the processing stage in order to grant the excellence of the final product. The research laboratories of the AEB Group carry out constant research and production trials aimed to support and integrate the technicians' work with useful solutions, combining production tradition and technical innovations, thanks to the use of tested materials, able to insure and guarantee constant quality.

COLLOIDAL STABILISATION

POLYGEL ® PS Silica gel and PVPP Stabiliser range. Fining action during maturation while selectively adsorbing sensitive polyphenols and proteins without affecting the pro foam proteins.
POLYGEL ® PLUS Pure PVPP, made homogeneous by means of a standardisation system, enabling the adsorption of the polymerizable polyphenols, in order to optimize the colloidal stabilization of beer
SILIGEL ® Beer stabiliser with a selective action in protein adsorption, made up by very pure silica hydrogel.
SILIGEL ® S Silica gel with humidity control. Adsorbs sensitive proteins responsible for chill haze while participating in the filtration of beer by body feeding. Can also be used in maturation to optimize flocculation
SILIGEL ® Xero Stabiliser that performs by absorbing the proteinaceous substances of beer. It is made of a very pure silica gel belonging to the xerogel category with very low humidity content. The surface area of SILIGEL XERO is very high and this makes it a product with very high adsorbing properties.

Foam Stabilisation

Arabinol ® SB Foam stabiliser consisting of gum arabic and alginates. The synergy between these two molecules allows the stabilisation of the foam without any organoleptic or colloidal impact.
Arabinol ® SB5 Naturally occurring polysaccharide, consisting of arabans, galactans and uronic acid complexes, in association with polypropylene glycol alginate, which is used as a hydrophilic colloid for beer head retention.
